May 27, 2008 VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT The Cleveland City School System is accepting applications for the position of Cleveland Middle School Teacher and Head Football Coach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve in all areas involved in being a middle school staff member and coordinating a middle school football program. QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have a valid Tennessee teaching certificate with the proper endorsements for teaching in a middle school and meet the Federal No Child Left Behind definition for being "highly qualified" in their endorsed area, if it applies. Prefer prior experience in diagnostic testing and remediation for secondary students.
