Arnold Elementary

1st grade started their Carton2Garden project yesterday! They will be growing, charting, observing, and documenting plant growth over the next several weeks. Our Teachers and Specialists are working together to make this a great experience for our kids!

We are so proud of our Arnold WAY students! These students were chosen by teachers because they show the Arnold WAY. W= Work Hard. A= Attitude Matters. Y= You Before Me. These students showed time and time again that they can be show responsibility, and be a good friend!

Cleveland City Schools will be closed on Monday, September 4th in honor of Labor Day. We will see everyone on Tuesday!

Mrs. Day's class celebrated finishing their fairy tales unit by making Jack and Jill hats and then practiced writing their numbers with shaving cream! What a great Friday!

Mrs. Wickman's class really showed their support for pediatric cancer by going gold!! 💛

The teachers at Arnold always encourage our students to get a 'good night's rest.' This graphic is a great tool for implementing age appropriate sleep habits for families. Also, teachers need to get their rest too! 😴 #wearetheone

Mrs. Rogers 2nd Graders celebrated in Reading today with Fairy Tales and Tall Tales dress up day. They also had a Paul Bunyan flapjack party!

Hello Arnold Families! Fall pictures are just around the corner! We will be taking our Fall pictures on Tuesday September 19th. We will also be sending a message the night before as a reminder.

Arnold is welcoming our guests this morning from Instructional Partners & CCS's Curriculum Team. This group is spending the day here & highlighting great things with our teachers! We are always looking for ways to better enhance the experience for our students. #wearetheone

We are so thankful at Arnold for these wonderful supplies! Thank you Unity Center and Central Church of Christ for your donations. The faculty and staff are so excited to have the supplies for the kids!

Arnold Families, Tomorrow we will be having our annual Title 1 Parent meeting in the auditorium. The times are 10am OR 6pm, you do not need to come to both. This meeting will cover general school info and Title 1 information. We hope to see you there!
