This morning, AMES recognized 109 students with Perfect Attendance for the month of September. These students received a glow stick bracelet for this accomplishment.

Today is National Custodial Worker's Recognition Day and we are so thankful at Arnold for Mr. Jim! The staff and students all greatly apprecite what he does for us. He always goes out of his way to make us happy at Arnold. Thanks Mr. Jim!

Last week 4th grade went to Blythe Bower for a Healthy Horizons field trip! The kids got to get some fresh air, see some BB friends, and practice some healthy habits!

We have some new surgeons in the building! 1st grade worked together today to show their knowledge about the human body unit. They acted as medical professionals and had a great time! We are so proud of these little doctors!
Kindergarten is learning so many new things! Mrs. Hawkins' class practiced making their names in Braille. The kids used their sense of sight and touch to create these which ties into their 5 sense unit in ELA. It's so awesome to see them try and experience new things!

1st grade has been working extremely hard on their human body unit! They have talked about all the different body systems and how important they are. Mrs. Martin and Mrs. Wickman have also worked extremely hard in making this a fun and meaningful unit!
Mrs.Roger's class had a Snack Mix Party to celebrate finishing the Cat Bandit book! The kids loved the story and getting to finish it in a fun way!
