Mrs. Day's turkeys are ready for Thanksgiving!
The amazing 5 points museum came and did a Revolutionary War program for our 2nd graders. The students LOVED it and learned a ton!
During our last progress monitoring day, eight of our fifth graders made the highest score they have ever made on Passage Reading Fluency. They earned progress cookies! We are so proud of them!
Our Food Drive starts this week! Each class is collecting to see who can bring the most for the Caring Place. Students can bring in nonperishable foods to count to their class goal. Let's see who will win!
2nd grade had a Greek Market to celebrate the ending of our Greek Myth domain. They had to pick a Greek character to be, then they had to design something their character would sell. Then they got to sell it at the Greek Market!
Next week (13th-17th) the Beta Club is collecting a school wide Thanksgiving food drive. The class that brings in the most nonperishable foods will win a special prize! The Beta Club will be donating all food brought in to the Caring Place. Let's make it a great food drive!
Thanks Marcus at the TN Aquarium for the awesome 4th grade program today! They had so many jellyfish questions after the program we looked up some books for more info. The kids learned a ton and had a great time!
Just a reminder that Sweet Caroline Cheesecake's food truck will be here TODAY selling some yummy treats! 10% of profits will go directly back to our school. They will be parked in front of the main office from 11-1 to serve up some treats. We look forward to seeing y'all here!

We have some SWEET news for our Arnold Families! Sweet Caroline Cheesecake food truck with be at Arnold THIS THURSDAY from 11-1. 10% of each purchase will go directly to our school. The truck will be in front of the main office and will serve all staff, faculty, and families!
1st grade had the BEST time at the Apple Valley Orchard today! They got to learn about the orchard process and even go on a tractor ride around it. They finished up the awesome trip at Deer Park to eat lunch and play!
We are so proud of our Arnold WAY (Work Hard, Attitude Matters, You Before Me) students this month! They were picked by the teachers because these kids are always showing the Arnold WAY! They are all amazing students and we are so excited for them!

We are so proud of our students who preformed in the Celebration of Music last night! They worked hard with Mr. Sacharczyk and did an amazing job! Thanks to all those that played a part in this fun night!

To celebrate finishing their Ancient Greece domain, the 2nd grade hosted their own Olympics! Mrs. Rogers and Mrs. Sacharczyk worked hard to make this a fun and meaningful day for the kids. Pictured below are the winners of the marathon, sprint, long jump, and discus!
