Counseling Services Referral Form

Hi, I am Luz Price, School Counselor of Ross Elementary. My goal is to support students by teaching knowledge and skills they need to acquire in academic, career and social/emotional development, which serve as the foundation for future success.

If at any point in the year you as a guardian/staff would like for me to talk with your student, please use this referral form. If you have any questions or concerns you may reach me at (423)479-7274 ext. 3204.
