Today students wore camouflage to represent "Bad Choices Can't Find Me" for Red Ribbon Week.





๐ข CHS Track & Field is hosting a Trivia Night in an effort to raise funds for equipment necessary to host track events. Come play trivia, eat good chili, and bid on silent auction items. Preregister by scanning the QR code and pay at the door. ๐ข


Finished up the awards ceremony at the TTA One-Act festival. CHS takes an excellent rating along with the Spirit of of the Festival Award. Aniyah Purifory was named to the All-Star Cast along with winning a Merit Scholarship for her audition monologue. Way to go, CHS Theater!

They won 1st out of 7 bands in class 4A! 1st place percussion! 1st place Color Guard!

Cleveland High School theater is headed to the state Tennessee Theater Association One-Act Competition this weekend at Collierville High School. They will compete against 13 other schools with their one-act entitled "Reunion on Gallows Hill. An unusual play based on the Salem Witch Trials with a contemporary message, real enough to make the flesh tingle.

๐ฅณ๐ฅCam Garcia and Solomon Fant played in the Special Olympic Flagย Football State Tournament this past weekend.ย They, along with their team "Nooga Strong", came in 2nd place out of all the teams in Tennessee!ย They won a silver medal.ย ๐ฅ๐ฅณ



Karen Hall, our amazing 12th grade principal, was asked to be the guest speaker for United Way's Young Professionals group at the Chamber of Commerce today. Leadership is about putting others first, and she spoke to that today. CHS is proud!

Cleveland High School is excited to host a series of themed dress-up days next week in celebration of Red Ribbon Week, an annual campaign promoting drug-free awareness. Students are encouraged to participate by dressing up according to daily themes, supporting a positive, healthy lifestyle while spreading awareness about the importance of making safe choices. The fun-filled week aims to foster school spirit and encourage unity in the fight against drug abuse! We are #strongerwithoutit


Leadership students will be hosting a Cornhole tournament during all lunches. Round 1 of the bracket will start this Friday. Teams of 2 (must be in the same lunch) sign up, and bring $5 to play. The winners of each bracket will receive free McDonalds. All proceeds benefit CHS Bowling. Register now!


๐ Join us for a spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat event that's fun for the whole family. CHS Club and Sports teams will provide an evening of decked out car trunks and candy galore. We hope to see you there ๐


Cleveland High School Varsity team competed very well at the Randolph Invitational 2024 and a record was broken on the John Hunt Running Park in Huntsville, AL. There were about 70 teams and over 1000 boys racing. Cleveland High school took fourth overall!
Owen Clemons ran a blazing fast 5k. He crushed the cross country 5k school record in a time of 14:44! He is now ranked first in the State D1 AAA.
