How to Nominate a Champion

Cleveland City Schools invites everyone in our community—students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members—to participate in the nomination process. If you know a staff member or student who has exemplified one or more of the "5 C's" in their contributions to our schools, we encourage you to submit a nomination. Nominations can be made by filling out the nomination form available here on our website.

In your nomination, please provide detailed information about why the individual deserves to be recognized as a Champion of the Month. Consider how they have demonstrated excellence in Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking, or Character, and the positive impact they've had on others.
