CHS Senior Belle White achieves near-perfect score of 35 on the ACT

Belle White, a senior at Cleveland High School, has achieved a near-perfect score of 35 on the ACT. Belle's achievement is not just impressive because of her high score but also because she is among the select few who have achieved a near-perfect ACT score in the United States.

Belle's journey toward this achievement began when she moved to Cleveland from Signal Mountain during her freshman year. Adapting to a new environment and making new friends is never easy, but Belle persevered.

โ€œThe first couple of years were hard, adjusting to a different environment, but the past of years, Iโ€™ve been really thriving here,โ€ Belle said. She initially scored a 32 on her first attempt, but she took the ACT again in the fall and was pleasantly surprised by her score.

โ€œI had my brother open it because I was really nervous. He said I got a 35, and I couldnโ€™t believe it,โ€ Belle said. โ€œI was very, very proud of myself.โ€

She will be graduating from Cleveland High School in May, and she plans to attend Cleveland State Community College to major in Physics. Her ultimate goal is to transfer to a four-year university. โ€œIโ€™m really excited about my career in the future,โ€ Belle said. โ€œI want to work in the field of physics.โ€

Belle credits her teachers at Cleveland High School for their unwavering support and guidance.

โ€œCongratulations to Belle on achieving this remarkable accomplishment,โ€ Principal Bob Pritchard said. โ€œHer hard work is an inspiration to us all. We are proud of her achievements and excited to see what the future holds for her.โ€

Her message to others is to never give up on their dreams. โ€œItโ€™s never too late to start fulfilling your potential as a person," Belle said.

Belle's future looks bright. Congratulations, Belle. We are all proud of you!
